What happened

Two small crates approximately 8x8x18 containing one ~40 pound part each needed to be moved across the machine shop mezzanine. [REDACTED] moved one dragging it by his side while walking forward. After observing [REDACTED] do this [REDACTED] moved the second one by dragging it as well but did so in a pulling motion facing the crate. He lost his grip on the crate and it fell on his foot.
