Picking cherries on a ladder.

What happened

Employee stated she was on the 4th step up from the bottom of the ladder when the pole from the ladder slipped forward causing her to fall back landing on her back and head. Her right leg went forward between the 2nd step and 3rd step causing a minor abrasion to her shin.
