What happened

EE was loosening a fitting on the Rogers high pressure spray lines at the 90FT level when they had the wrench they were using slip off the fitting and came back sticking them in left cheekbone. The impact caused a contusion and cut to the skin. EE was taken to OMC acute care and received 1 stitch.
