[REDACTED] was knocking out a melt pot. While chiseling down the side of the pot the chisel slipped and he got his ring finger caught between the chisel and the spout of the pot. He went to the bathroom to pull off his glove and seen his finger was bleeding. He than came and found me where I looked at his finger. It was badly bruised and cut down the side. I took him to the ER in [REDACTED].
