What happened

I went into the Pt 's room to collect a urine sample. I transferred the urine from the urinal to the cup then peeled back the sticker and filled both vials. After putting the vials on the counter I went to put the sticker back over the hole where the needle is my finger slipped from where I had it on the lid and the needle pricked my fourth finger on my right hand. After seeing my finger was bleeding I put everything down and told the charge nurse [REDACTED].
