Per employee incident report: [REDACTED] I was putting a metal item in the bagel catch tray back in position and it touch the electrical wire showing. Note anything you observed prior to or during the incident (odors sounds sights etc.). I lost my sense of where I was for a sec. What caused the incident? I push the tray to far back
