[REDACTED] was loading many 5 4x4-16 ' MDF boards into a truck. A splinter or fiber broke off while he was loading a board above his head and fell into his right eye behind his safety glasses. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] were assisting with loading. [REDACTED] flushed his eye with eye wash and water to dislodge the particle and it would not come out.
