Employee got a sliver in his finger on [REDACTED] and it became infected. [REDACTED] was moving OSB from a forklift onto a truck to take to a jobsite. While handling the OSB [REDACTED] got a sliver. [REDACTED] removed the sliver and continued on with his day. On [REDACTED] the swelling was bad and [REDACTED] decided to go to the ER to get the site of the sliver checked out.
