What happened

Employee was picking part [REDACTED]. Part is 12.5 lbs. Part was stored on A level in a box pallet on a yellow dolly. When Employee approached location the yellow dolly was pushed against the upright racking and would not roll out. Employee proceeded to pick the part form the location giving him and uncomfortable lift from the box. After picking about 6 of them he noticed a pain in his lower back.
