What happened

Transfer patient from ED cart to patient bed in patient room. While preparing to safely transfer patient patient rolled self from cart to bed and landed on his stomach able to assist patient to back on bed with assist X 2 then used draw sheet under patient to slide patient up and towards the middle for safety. Assist to reposition for comfort and safety precautions were intact.
