getting off of the forklift

What happened

I was driving the forklift with pipe I was gonna load but had to band it first I put the forklift in park fully stopped. When I step off the forklift my left foot got caught on the step and i lost my balance and put my right leg down to catch myself landing awkwardly with all my weight and i felt my knee pop and fell to the ground.
