What happened
During boarding I was preforming my duties and assisting passengers as FA 3 I felt a slight pull but was still able to continue my day. During service I reached to get a soda from the cart and my back got a more sharpening pain. By the conclusion of service I was retiring the cart to its area and a passenger asked for a snack box. I reached up and pulled the bin down and upon placing it on the galley floor my back went out completely. I could not move for at least 5mins.
