What happened

Maintenance Associate was working on the Nitrogen Generator and tightening a high pressure hose fitting while standing on the 3rd rung of an ladder. The wrench slipped off of the fitting causing the associate to lose their balance. The associate fell to the ground injuring their right foot and left shin.
