What happened

The flight was becoming rather turbulent. The captain turned the seatbelt sign on and asked the flight attendant to take their seats. We took our seats buckled up. I was seated in FAA three Jump seat. As the padding on the jump seat is wafer thin and we were getting bounced around on the jump seats. My lower back started to hurt.
