What happened

Two employees were changing a bearing on the J[REDACTED] dryer’s tracking roller. Employee [REDACTED] used a pry bar on one side while Employee [REDACTED] tapped with a hammer on the other. When the pry bar began slipping Employee [REDACTED] reached to steady it without informing Employee [REDACTED] who then pulled the pry bar back pinching Employee [REDACTED] 's finger between the bar and the dryer frame.
