I walked into room 412 to get a pillow for a patient which did not have a patient in. I slipped on a small plastic bag on the floor fell into the bed and caught myself. Felt a sharp pain in my left knee to my left lower leg and was unable to walk without pain after. Discussed with [REDACTED] Supervision.
