Before the incident

[REDACTED] was looking for location to make delivery. He was in a building delivering packages to different suites on different floors and the last package belonged to a management office and he couldn 't find it. He went to a law office nearby and asked the lady at the front desk to help him and guided to an office. He started looking around to see if there was anybody. He couldn 't find somebody so he then went up the metal stairs saw a couple of rooms and turned back and started walking down the stairs and slipped on the first step since his shoes were wet from all the rain and snow.
