What happened

Employee was walking between coffin boxes that were delivered [REDACTED] in order to affix labels. There was a small piece of plastic strapping sticking out from under one of the coffin boxes that caught his foot just right and caused him to fall. He was able to get up and EHS was contact and responded within a few minutes. No physical bruising but does have some pain when taking a deep breath.
