Worker was moving an I-beam with a crane and he set the I-beam down on the transfer and unhooked the crane and tried to drag the chains under the I-beam and the crane hooked the back side of the I-beam and it caused the I-beam to move forward off the transfers and on to his foot. Breaking his left big toe.
