What happened

Employee was filling WIP tubs all day with plastics parts that the presses build. Employee has to bind down repetitively every time she has to start a new bin or gaylord. At the end of the shift when she placed some parts into to a bin she couldn’t get back up so she asked for help. She complained of pain on her right side lower back that goes down her right leg.
