Before the incident

Holding a plexiglass door while standing straight up.

What happened

Employee was holding a plexiglass door on pre-pack #6 while another maintenance worker was re-fastening the door to the machine. During the time where the employee was holding the door the employee felt a pain in his lower back. Employee was initially did not want to go to the clinic to be examined but did want to go the following day and get evaluated.
