What happened

The worker allegues that while he was loading a merchandise on the ramp there was a truck that could not be properly loaded because the ramp was misaligned. When the employee asked the driver to move the truck the ramp suddenly dropped and a pipe located in the area came loose striking the employee on the left thigh.
