What happened

Employee was attempting to move a cart of aluminum sheeting. Injured worker tried moving the cart several times by hand without success. Injured worker bent down at the side of the cart and pulled forcefully several times. The act of pulling on the cart was enough to tip the cart over on top of the injured worker.
