Before the incident

Repairing a road sign knocked down by a tractor trailer. Associate was pulling on the sign to straighten it when the sign broke.

What happened

The associate was fixing a stop sign outside. As the associate was pulling to straighten the sign the bolts broke causing the associate to fall and hit his right side. The stop sign also fell hitting the head of the associate.
