Before the incident

I was helping to get a non weight bearing patient back to bed from the commode. As i was assisting pt pt dropped weight and when pt did it pulled by back. I was using a gat4e belt with patient as well.

all proper means were used when transferring the patient but pt dropping weight resulted in my back injury
