Before the incident

EE was standing with his left foot by a pallet of drums and an empty pallet checking a label as another EE was backing up on a forklift. The forklift hit the empty pallet with rear tire causing it to shift toward EE standing behind and smashing his foot in between the two pallets. EE left ankle swelling and was taken to ER for medical attention by supervisor.
