What happened

EE was pushing a rework conveyor from the Toffee washroom back to the production floor. When the EE went to stand up she felt a pop in her lower back and severe burning pain in her lower back that radiated down her leg. We started first aid with a cold compress on the affected area and Tylenol. EE was advised to follow up with company medical provider at earliest time.
