Before the incident

Employee was exiting the trailer with a stack of DKB as he was exiting the trailer the stack got leaned back too much and pinned the employee against the back wall of the trailer and the bumper of the dock. The stack of DKB being as heavy as they are pushed the employee and he fell against the bumper. Employee stated he hit his head on the back of the trailer and a tray also fell and hit him in the head. This injury occurred at or about [REDACTED].
