Employee was loading bundle of wire mesh on to a trailer along with another employee. The trailer had a foldable ramp which was let down while employees were loading the mesh but the employees folded the ramp back up when they finished loading the mesh. The weight of the wire mesh pushed the ramp back down and struck one employee on the shoulder.
