Assisting surgical dementia pt to restroom with help from PT care tech

What happened

After walking approximately 4 feet PT got upset stated we were trying to kill her pushed walker away out of our reach and began swinging her arms. PT unable to stand so this RN and tech held on gaitbelt and lifted PT back to bed before she fell.
