I was taking care of multiple patients that required maximum assistance more than one staff member gait belts walkers and boosting in bed.

It was a combination of events throughout the day. At one point my patient required two people to change him in bed as well as reposition him. There were times no one was available and I had to do it myself. Another time the relief supervisor was helping
