Employee was doing routine system maintenance and cleaning the inside of the Q1 tank protien skimmers. The employee climbed onto parts of the filtration system (specifically the sump) to reach them. Then her foot slipped off the side of the sump causing her to fall. As she fell her leg scraped against the fiber-grating that supports the skimmers resulting in the injury.
