What happened

A team member from the door build department was attempting to blow herself off when she tripped over a mat. To regain her balance she tried to brace herself using a table. In the process she accidentally activated the two-handed clamping operation (it 's unclear if her left hand pushed the button) resulting in her finger getting caught between the clamp and the table. This caused a laceration to her finger.
