The employee was attempting to access the maintenance hole sewer. In their attempt they tried to jump over a 4-foot-high iron fence however their left foot became caught on the top of the fence thus causing them to lose their balance. As the employee fell they grabbed the fence with their right hand and twisted their right wrist while trying to break the fall resulting in an injury.
