Before the incident

Employee was working on the log stop.

What happened

Pin came out of the cylinder on debarker 1 16ft log stop on the south side. Employee used a pry bar placing it between the plates to bring the log stop out of the debarker to be able to lift the cylinder up to place the pin back in the clevis on the cylinder. The log stop fell back a few inches before catching causing the pry bar to fall and pinch employees right hand middle finger.
