Client Intake

What happened

EE was performing intake for a client. During intake mtg the client quickly became disgruntled. Client continued to escalate and shattered EE 's [REDACTED] and client came after worker. Client pulled EE 's hair on two occasions from behind the head. Client also kneed EE and head and neck were strained. Four other staff assisted trying to get the clint to release hold. After Client let go some clumps of hair came out.
