What happened

Forklift operator just finished loading product from warehouse onto trailer. He went outside to finish order and instructed driver to pull forward in order for driver to secure load and close trailer doors. Forklift operator was at exterior of dock looking at order details when driver backed up unexpectedly and his trailer pinned forklift operator against docking bay.
