Associate was running [REDACTED] 2. Associate was investigating a ladle miss pour.

What happened

When the associate stepped up on to first step of the ladder to clean it up hot aluminum spat out from the die. The aluminum landed on the associate 's coveralls and hair. This startled the associate and caused them to fall back off the step and on to the floor landing on his right arm.
