On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was working on the round line pulling product While attempting to retrieve a large piece of product both [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] reached for it simultaneously using their hooks [REDACTED] pulled the product which caused [REDACTED]s right arm and shoulder to be forcefully pulled [REDACTED] reported hearing a popping sound in her right shoulder immediately following the incident
