The employee bent over and folded the belt on the pallet in thirds and grab the two shorter ends. Belt is long so arms were almost fully extended

The lifted the belt then swung the arms backwards while stepping onto the right foot. They twisted to swing the belt forward and felt a pop in the right knee.
