SANITATION KILL B at approximately [REDACTED] TM was setting up in his assigned area filling his chemical pump sprayer prior to starting 1st knock down after his pump was filled with chemical TM was using an empty trash barrel for transport when TM lift the pump sprayer out of the trash can TM felt a sharp pain in his left groin area.
