Employee started to notice muscle spasm and pain starting from left neck shoulder radiating down to left below which caused numbness to shoot down to fingertips. Employee saw his PCP on 6 [REDACTED] for symptoms seen again on 6 [REDACTED] by [REDACTED] clinic provider which resulted in provider putting employee on steroids to manage inflammation. Seen again by PCP on 6 [REDACTED] for aggravated symptoms then resulting in being put on muscle relaxer and pain reliever. Symptoms seem to stem from ergonomic position of workstation.
