EE was working his shift and was called to the lobby area to assist with removing several undesireables.

What happened

EE walked from the lobby up the staircase to the 2nd floor. Several of the involved undesireables were coming up and down the stairs and became involved in an altercation that resulted in the EE being hit and kicked by multiple people to the face head and back.
