What happened

Patient was requesting help to be transfered from her wheelchair to her bed. Gaitbelt was used for assistance but did not help. I was standing as close to possible next to patient so that I can provide as much support as possible patient tried to stand up while I helped lift with gaitbelt and it was not successfull. I had to also place my bodyweight on her back to prevent her from falling down. We had to attempt this process 3 times for a fully safe transfer. In the end I had to push my whole body weight to help her transfer to her bed.
