What happened

[REDACTED] with the help of another CNA while lifting both legs of the resident going back to bed I suddenly experience right shoulder and upper back pain thinking it will go away after a pain medication. Over the next following days the pain increased. [REDACTED] while lifting a different resident up in bed using a sliding sheet positioning pad(green) with another CNA the same back and shoulder pain increased in intensity.
