Grabbing supplies and medications for lead fluoride and a flu shot.

What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] this roomer walked back into [REDACTED] 21 to administer medications and vaccines on a [REDACTED]. This LPN did not see a small stool close to the door and tripped on it. This LPN did not fall to the ground yet the right knee was injured due to twisting motion that occurred to prevent the fall. This LPN felt a twinge of pain but it was brief and therefore resumed with medication administration. When this LPN returned home at around [REDACTED] there was moderate pain in the right knee.
