WHILE ATTEMPTING TO SPEAK WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES THE WORKER SIMULTANEOUSLY ATTEMPTED TO PULL BOX LABELS OFF THE INSIDE WALL OF A CONVEYOR TUNNEL. THE LEFT HAND SLIPPED DOWNWARDS AND WAS SMASHED BETWEEN THE TUNNEL SIDEWALL AND A CONVEYOR.
