Provided ADL care to a resident with assistance from another CNA.

What happened

While providing ADL care to a morbid obesity resident who doesn 't help to shift their own weight to assist the staff during care the employee was guiding the resident body from facing away from the CNA to lying face up (supine). Doing this change in the resident position the CNA had both hands along the side of the resident. The CNA felt pain on the right side of the upper back right shoulder and right arm.
