While stepping out of the van to deliver a package she accidentally stepped on an Erosion area causing her right ankle to twist and leading her to fall backward She scraped her elbow hurt her back and twisted her ankle She waited 15 minutes before being able to get up then returned to the station cleared her van with the help of coworkers and reported the injury to the manager onsite
