What happened

On [REDACTED] while lifting a section up from the cart it was stacked on into an overhead position to load into a trailer [REDACTED] felt discomfort in his right shoulder. Later in the week on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] experienced more discomfort in the same area of his right shoulder at which point we reported the discomfort to another shipping associate ([REDACTED]). After resting his shoulder for a few days the discomfort continued at which point [REDACTED] decided that we wanted to have it evaluated for injury.
